Welcome to the two-week Foundational Program 🤍 This is a reset designed for anyone who wants to get back into a routine, build consistency, or simply start from a place that feels doable and supportive. These workouts are meant to challenge you - but in a way that feels sustainable. No extremes, no pressure to be perfect. You’ll learn how to show up consistently, even on days when you don’t feel at 100%. Each session is designed to be approachable and can be easily adjusted based on your level, so you can move at your own pace while still progressing. This program is about building a strong foundation - physically and mentally , so that you can continue with confidence beyond these two weeks. Just show up. That’s where everything starts.
