In this lower body session, we introduce more dynamic movement, coordination, and control while still keeping everything accessible and intentional. You’ll work through a combination of strength and light cardio, helping you feel more connected, more stable, and more confident in your body. Block 1 focuses on building power through the legs with slightly more complexity, while Block 2 brings in mobility and control to support your movement and prevent imbalances. This is about progressing without rushing - challenging your body in a way that still feels sustainable, controlled, and aligned with The Core method. Equipment needed: 5-10Lb dumbbells
