This foundational abs & cardio session is designed to strengthen your core while keeping your body moving in a low impact, approachable way. We combine controlled core work with light, rhythmic movement to help you build stability, coordination, and endurance without putting stress on your joints. Weights are completely optional here - the focus is on staying connected to your body and moving with intention. Block 1 activates your lower body and core through simple, functional patterns, while Block 2 brings in core-focused movements with a touch of cardio and flow. This is about feeling strong, supported, and energized - not exhausted. A session you can come back to anytime to reset, reconnect, and stay consistent. Equipment needed: 5-10lb dumbbells (optional )
