This full body foundational workout brings everything together - strength, control, and coordination - in a low impact, sustainable way. Building on the previous sessions, we now combine lower body strength, core engagement, and upper body work into one complete flow. You’ll move through three focused blocks designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more connected to your body without relying on high intensity. Block 1 targets lower body strength and lift, Block 2 introduces controlled cardio and core work, and Block 3 builds upper body strength to support overall balance. This is where your body starts to feel more aligned - moving with intention, control, and confidence. No extremes, just consistent, effective work that you can come back to. Equipment needed: 5-10lb dumbbells
