Welcome to the “21-Day To Shape” Summer Program 🩵 This program is built around The Core Method — our signature approach to strength-based circuit training with elements of cardio, designed to help you feel strong, energized, and confident in a sustainable way. At The Core, we do not believe in the philosophy that “more is better” when it comes to wellness. We believe in doing the right amount of the right thing consistently. This entire method was built through years of personal experience, learning what truly creates visible results without burnout, extremes, or constantly starting over again. The workouts are designed to: * Build strength and definition * Support energy levels * Challenge your body without overwhelming it * Help you stay consistent long-term * Create real, sustainable results One of the biggest foundations of this program is our 20–80 philosophy. Some days you will show up at 20%. Some days you will show up at 80%. Both count. Both are wins. Because the only way to stay consistent is to stop believing you need to operate at 100% all the time. That mindset often leads to guilt, burnout, and falling off track completely. This program was created to feel flexible, supportive, and doable for real life. We recommend aiming for: * 4 workouts per week minimum * 5th workout optional if your energy allows No extremes. No punishment. No all-or-nothing mindset. To get the best experience from the program, we recommend investing in a pair of dumbbells anywhere from 5–25 lbs depending on your strength level. Vita typically uses: * 5–15 lbs for upper body * 15–25 lbs for lower body Choose weights that feel challenging but still manageable for you. Most importantly, remember: this is not about perfection. This is about building a routine and lifestyle that supports you long after these 21 days are over. We are so excited to guide and support you through this journey 🩵
